With her help we planned the approximate time to list the home so that it would get maximum exposure as well as a higher price. I must say they ladies are phenomenal and they made this process so easy and stress-free for me as I'm out of state. There was never a time I asked for something and they didn't deliver. I was always hesitant to ask for favors but they have always reminded me by saying " we are here for you and will make this process as simple as we can" They have even gone above to have a scheduled runner to check my vacant home on a weekly basis and working around my crazy work schedule to keep me in the loop every step of the way.
